Randall Silvis is the author of thirteen critically acclaimed books of fiction and nonfiction. Also a prize winning playwright and produced screenwriter, his awards include the Drue Heinz Literature Prize, two Literature Fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, a Fulbright Senior Scholar Research Award, and a Doctor of Letters degree awarded for “distinguished literary achievement.”

John Fortunato was a Captain in the U.S. Army, Military Intelligence, who served at the Pentagon during the early part of the Global War on Terrorism. He is now a federal law enforcement agent and has earned an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University. A native of Philadelphia, he currently lives in Michigan with his wife and three daughters. His first novel, Dark Reservations, won the 2014 Tony Hillerman Prize and will be released by St. Martin’s Press in October 2015.
